Shipping Time & Cost
It takes about 5-15 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.
We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, containing details on how to track your order online.
We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remember, these are only the times in which the package will get to your country, NOT the amount of time it takes for your package to get through Customs. It can sometimes take weeks for Customs to release a package. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time we send your tracking number to you until the tracking system updates and starts tracking your package.
Once the package gets to your country, Customs will analyze it, determine if there are duties due, and then pass it on to your national postal service.
